  • Backyard Mosaic Women's Project Meets from Noon to 3 PM, every Wednesday at St. John's Lutheran Church. It is a time for women to come together to explore their spirituality and creativity in an atmosphere of sobriety. It is a safe place for women to discover and develop their artistic skills as they return to their families and community from incarceration.

  • Celebrate Recovery This is a Christ-centered, 12 step recovery program for anyone struggling with hurt, pain, or addiction of any kind. Celebrate Recovery is a safe place to find community and freedom from the issues that are controlling our life.

  • Just Bakery Just Bakery is a 12 week educational and vocational training program. The program works with individuals who are experiencing significant barriers to employment (homelessness, justice-involved, lack of education, and/or a lack of work history or skills).

  • JustDane JustDane’s many programs inspire hope for individuals returning to the Dane County community after incarceration by breaking down the barriers that can prevent them from fully participating in our community and the lives of their families. Just Dane also supports the families of those incarcerated through reading programs, family visit programs, and mentoring programs

  • Literacy Network Literacy Network teaches reading, writing, communication, and computer skills to Dane County adults so they can achieve financial security, well-being, and deeper engagement with their families and the community.

  • Narcotics Anonymous Narcotics Anonymous is a nonprofit fellowship or society of men and women for whom drugs had become a major problem. We are recovering addicts who meet regularly to help each other stay clean. There are no dues or fees. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using.

  • Nehemiah Center re-entry services Nehemiah provides a wide array of culturally competent and relevant programs to meet the needs of men who are leaving jail or prison.

  • New Beginnings for Women This is MAJM outreach designed to optimize opportunities and eliminate barriers for returning citizens with their reentry process. Our purpose is to help women who have Huber privileges and will be released soon to make a positive transition into community and family life.

  • Operation Fresh Start OFS works with justice-involved youth ages 16-24 in Dane County and guides them on their path to self-sufficiency. Their programs provide a path forward for disconnected youth through mentoring, education, and employment training. OFS graduates earn their high school diploma and driver’s license, then go on to continue their education and/or find self-sustaining employment

  • Reformers Unanimous RU is a faith-based recovery program unlike any other. With a success rate of 82%, they bring transformation to hurting people by focusing on the underlying causes of addictive behavior.
